论文征稿通知（第一轮）
本次会议是中华建设管理学会（CRIOCM）成立以来举办的第二十五届国际学术年会。会议将秉承务实与创新的理念和传统，为海内外与会嘉宾提供围绕主题“迎接新挑战：建设管理与房地产的创新、合作与可持续发展”的沟通与交流平台。
本次国际学术会议将由英国正版365官方网站承办。华中师范大学，位于湖北省会武汉市，是中华人民共和国教育部直属重点综合性师范大学，国家“211工程”、“985工程优势学科创新平台”重点建设院校，国家首批“双一流”学科建设高校，下设30个学院，75个本科专业，教职工3800余人，在校生近32000人，是国家培养中、高等师资和其他高级专门人才的重要基地。

Call for papers (1st round of announcement)
The CRIOCM 25th International Symposium on “Advancement of Construction Management and Real Estate” is jointly organized by the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management (CRIOCM) and Central China Normal University (CCNU), hosted by the College of Public Administration of CCNU. The symposium aims to provide a platform for sharing the latest research achievements, outputs, and advancements among construction management and real estate experts both in China and overseas.
CCNU, located in the Wuhan City, is a comprehensive and prestigious university of the “National 211 Project”, the “National 985 Project: Innovation Platform of Advantage Discipline”, and the “Double-First Class Initiatives” in China. CCNU has 30 colleges, 75 undergraduate programs, more than 3800 staff, and 32,000 students. It is an important base for talent cultivation and a superior center for teaching and learning.
Wuhan City is a beautiful and prosperous city in Central China with both rich history and thriving present. We are looking forward to your presence at the CRIOCM 2020 in Wuhan!

Paper language and length: Papers should be written in English and up to 8 pages with a maximum number of words of 5000-6000 (references included).
