叶丽萍，女，福建人，硕士研究生导师，MPA导师。2019年6月毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院社会医学与卫生事业管理专业，获管理学博士学位。主持教育部人文社科青年项目、中国博士后基金面上项目、湖北省社会科学基金一般项目（后期资助）、中央高校专项资金资助项目等课题4项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，在国内外核心期刊发表论文10余篇。
